Not sure why but my character keeps getting stuck on the terrain (the beach in this case). Also, is there any chance of you removing the dev testing items? I understand they're intended purpose but it feels like I'm playing on a dev testing map instead of normal map, plus I don't see the need to even work for pretty much anything when the resources are already available. Sorry to harp on that. The game looks very promising though, I've been looking for a game exactly like this, although I don't care too much for the voxel graphics. Looking forward to where this game goes.
Good news: There has been a lot of progress since the last build on here.
Bad News: The next public playable build is intended to be part of a Steam Next Fest, and will have the new name "DreadMist".
So DreadMist is a new game entirely or just a name change? Given the fact it's going to be on Steam Next Fest, sounds like that'll be available exclusively on Steam? Sorry, I'm new to itch.io and playing indie games in development as early as pre-alpha. So, does this mean that updates to this particular game will cease?
DreadMist is a name change.
It will probably on be on Steam first. Next Fest is an event for people trying demos of new games coming out.
I stopped updating on here several months ago.
I use Itch.io for testing ideas, not full games.
Ah, gotcha. Well, I look forward to seeing what happens with this game going forward and good luck with development.
