Build 6, now with more T.Rex

Added the king of the Mesozoic, Tyrannosaurus Rex as an enemy. Warning the T.Rex has 8000 health, and will kill the player in a single attack, so this is meant to be an extreme challenge.
Added health bar that auto hides when at full health.
Fixed issue with loading player rotation from save.
